Default Need help tweaking my hero team.

Over all, i'm pretty satisfied with my hero team, but seeing how i'm still relatively new to the game, i was hoping you guys could give me some tips to suggestions to tweak it and make my team stronger.

That's the build i've been working with. Now, i'm usually good unless i get overwhelmed and accidentally pull 2-3 groups at a time.

Now, i've been thinking of replacing the Cultist's Fervor necro with one that uses Feast of Corruption. Wouldn't anybody have any advice for or against this move? Or possibly what that build would even be?

The FoC change was something that popped into my head when i was looking at the wiki. This however is what i was thinking of changing:

Any suggestions would be welcome. I'm just looking to make a solid team that i can barrel through Vanqs and Dungeons/HMs with.

Also, should i make room for an Invoke Lightning Ele? I know... i know.. i need to decide what i want. Hopefully you all can help

It's counterproductive when your MM has putrid explosion, it's not even that good damage, replace it for death nova and take Animate Bone Minions instead so your meatshield generates faster and actually does some damage. Also put your prot spells on your MM, they'll have the energy management (soul reaping) to manage them (your "new" setup lost the ST rit and has no prot spells either, that should change).
You're right to make the dedicated healer a necro primary instead of a monk. Elite could be different though, altough the elite isn't that important on that character.
I would totally ditch the Orders hero, you're the only melee, it makes sense. However, FoC is very specialised and requires a specific playstyle (balling and etc) which the rest of the teambuild doesn't seem to cater for, so I guess you don't do that. I would recommend an E-Surge Mes if you want to keep the AoE Nuke that FoC has going for it (you would have to change Razah's primary tho, unless you have mercs).
I would put Strength of Honor on that RoJ hero, micro it and cast it on yourself.
It's good that the SoS rit on your "new" build isn't split between Channeling/Communing, but the two damage skills that have replaced the communing spirits aren't really optimal, what's popular right now is making the SoS a hybrid healer with MBaS, SL and PwK.
Finally, I see the MM has a command shout (never surrender isn't bad, but you could take "Fall Back!" instead, which is probably more practical). With some attribute shifting, the paragon shouts can easily be shifted onto the Panic mes/ SoGM rit or RoJ monk, so you can make room for the all important prots (SoA, Prot Spirit, Aegis etc etc).

hundred blades honestly kinda sucks in comparison to we axe, earthshaker, or dragon slash. I prefer we for most areas, and earthshaker for areas with huge mobs, but its up to you.

on my warrior, i run:
sos rit with smite hex/soh
Panic Mesmer
Ineptitude Mesmer
Razah as ST rit (the defensive spirits must be microed in harder areas)
MM necro with prots
POD curses resto
Ravenous gaze with resto necro in easier areas or a e/mo bonder in harder ones

100blades is actually the most damage you can get as a warrior, however that is only if you are playing a very particular playstyle, i.e. balling and spiking. Given your current teambuild, and the fact that you're still relatively new, I'm going to guess that you're probably c-spacing through the game, in which case Pugs Not Drugs is right and you might benefit more from a build like WE, DSlash, etc.

Sup,
Im gonna base most of what i say on ur second build as thats what you seem to be thinking of changing to

Wars build:
I'd personally drop SY for I am unstoppable. Your build has a lot of AoE and actuallly u should really be tanking and spanking enemy groups esp. on Vanq/dungeons. Its more effective than cspacing and will teach you to be a better player.

Communing rt:
Because your not taking SY i would go back to your ST rt, drop union, it will die super super super fast esp. with minions. Depending what area your fighting in you can take either both shelter and displacement or just shelter (if its heavy caster dmg that is gonna go >10% every hit). This way with only little micro the rt will keep up shelter most of the time. It also frees up 2 slots and id recommend dulled weapon, binding chains and anguished was lingwah.

SoS rt:
drop spirit boon and spirit rift for mend body and soul and spirit light/recup depending on area. u can spec 11+1 into resto to get beastly heals, still have strong spirits and infinite energy for good spamming. Also this means u only need 1 other hybrid or full healer depending how aggressive you play.

Panic:
Always a good choice, drop either shatter hex, cry frustraion or overload for p drain otherwise they are gonna be super low on energy.

Ineptitude:
Personally id drop for another dom mes with esurge, with displacement spamming on ur ST rt (which u can disable shelter on for heavy melee areas like raptors) u dont really need the melee hate. Secondly heroes dont use it as effectively as they should, thirdly a esurge mes with unnatural and mistrust is just more dmg also, u can bring a second copy of shatter hex for really really nice balled up spikes.

RoJ:
Good, but makes mobs scatter, if ur gonna micro then its fine, but be careful. Secondly u might as well bring strength of honor and balthazars spirit and micro them on urself. That way u can pump some srs dmg (thats if ur gonna bother taking a RoJ)

Alternative:
FoC Necro - pro dmg, can bring enfeebling blood, shadow of fear and SolS.Will do heavy dmg, some nice melee hate and has 4 empty slots of be a hybrid healer (/Rt) or melee support (SoH, smite hex, smite condition)

N/Rt:
If your bring a FoC with /Rt support then u can bring another with 2 different support hexes. 2x FoC N/Rts will pump similar healing to 1x dedicated N/Rt healer.
If your keeping the RoJ then this is a viable alternative however I would consider changing the elite - Xinraes is strong because its like mini prot spirit.

MM:
I dont run with MM usually (depends on area) cos they are slow. If u wanna take one go right ahead they are strong. With ST u dont really need prots so id take fall back as someone before mentioned.

In short ur builds are fine, any changes beyond this will generally be personal preference!
